Knowledge gives teams an AI-assisted workspace for asking questions against assembled product context instead of starting from an empty prompt or detached chat window.
Stay grounded
Knowledge works in two stages:
- compile the relevant product context
- ask targeted questions against that compiled view
That distinction matters because the team should be able to reason about what grounded the answer before treating the response as useful.
Use it for bounded exploration
Knowledge is a good fit when:
- the question depends on more than one governed record
- the team wants exploratory analysis before changing the live workflow
- the answer needs to stay anchored to selected product context rather than general web search or open-ended chat
Review the answer, not just the fluency
Knowledge is assistive, not authoritative. Teams should still review the underlying records, treat the response as decision support, and move anything important back into the governed workflow only after human review.
