Media

This is a single-direction media connection. Media items are attached to an organization to provide supporting evidence such as certificates, accreditation documents, or organizational charts.

Why it matters

• an organization record needs supporting files for accreditation and compliance evidence
• reviewers need attachments or evidence tied to the organization before delegation
• teams need file traceability behind organization context

Connection fields

Column	Description
Role	The purpose the file serves for this organization — e.g. accreditation certificate, org chart
Tab	Which tab on the organization page the file is associated with
File Type	The MIME type of the uploaded file
Linked	The date the file was attached

Action	Available
Connect	Upload or pick a file to attach
Disconnect	Remove the link (hard delete of the junction)
Reconnect	Not available — disconnect and re-attach instead

From each side

• Use Organizations for the entity record.
• Use Media for linked files and asset metadata.
