Documentation / Connections / Interventions
Media
How intervention records connect to supporting media in TrialStack.
This is a single-direction media connection. Media items are attached to an intervention to provide supporting evidence such as formulation documents, device specifications, or IB excerpts.
Why it matters
- supporting files need to remain linked to the correct intervention for audit traceability
- reviewers need evidence or attachment context behind the intervention record
- teams need traceable assets tied to the right treatment record
