- Use Knowledge for the compiled-context workflow.
- Use Insights Chat for conversational follow-up where that surface applies.
- The Knowledge setting for Insights determines whether connected sources may augment the selected workspace context. When it is disabled, Insights Chat stays within its other permitted workspace and source-policy context.
